System Requirements#

MonoForge is lightweight and runs on any modern computing platform:

Required Software#

1. Git: Distributed version control system.

git --version

1. Node.js: JavaScript runtime environment. We recommend installing Node via a version manager like nvm or fnm.

node --version

1. pnpm: Fast, disk space efficient package manager.

pnpm --version

Verifying Your Environment#

Run the following command to check that all required runtimes are available:

node -e "console.log('Node:', process.version); console.log('OS:', process.platform, process.arch);"

If your Node version is 18.17.0 or higher, you are ready to proceed with installation.
